-We establish the ground rules for picking ONE favorite table service restaurant in each of Walt Disney World's 4 theme parks. Not surprisingly, the rule is we can only pick ONE.
-I start us off at Be Our Guest in the Magic Kingdom and abuse the French language, so I apologize to our French speaking fans.
-Lisa appears to be building her own personal staff, starting with a Sommelier.
-Lisa doesn't care for the "battering ram" of desserts at Be Our Guest, we learn from Dave the French actually serve desserts on battering rams.
-Lisa shares her favorite at the MK, Cinderella's Royal Table, followed by Dave's choice of Crystal Palace.
-A Disney Exchange Touring Tip! (A new feature I just came up with-Trademark Pending)
Book the Crystal Palace before park opening and you can get great shots of Main Street and Cinderella Castle before the crowds.
-We hop on the Monorail and go to Epcot. Yes, I call the Monorail Pilot a Captain in the show. I apologize to all our Monorail Pilot fans.
-I share my favorite of La Hacienda de san Angel.
-A Disney Exchange Touring Tip! Book your La Hacienda ADR for around Illuminations time and ask for a table seat.
-Dave chooses Rose and Crown in the United Kingdom, and informs us of his favorite dish, so that Lisa and I may prepare it for him on his birthday.
-Lisa likes Via Napoli in Italy, and we discuss the lovely atmosphere.
-Next stop Disney's Hollywood Studios, and my favorite The Hollywood Brown Derby.
I discuss past favorites and the current menu, and Lisa shares here dining experiences there.
-Lisa's favorite is 50s Primetime Cafe and we discuss the server interaction experience and speculate on people unfamiliar with the atmosphere, and their possible reactions.
-Last, but not least Disney's Animal Kingdom and both Lisa's and my favorite Yak and Yeti, where we talk about the wonderful themeing and extensive menu, as well as favorite dishes.
-We talk about Tusker House's past incarnation as counter service and it's current buffet status.
