It is not. It's in a park. It's a tough one! I didn't know the answer until Gaylin told me!
Well in WDW Splash Mountain isn’t its own land like DL so I guess not so much Critter Country as Frontierland near Splash Mountain would be my guess.

Nope, it's in Walt Disney World.
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad?, no, scratch that, as I say that I look again at the tracks and they do not look right, for almost anything on this planet, so if this is Tomorrowland, then is this near Stitches Great Escape?
Nope. It's in Fantasyland. I'll post the answer below the photo later today.
