A Flamboyance of Flamingos

A lot of animals get noticed at the Animal Kingdom. The gorillas. The bats. The rhinos and so on.

Me, I love the flamboyance of flamingos right at the base of the Tree of Life. What is not to love, pink birds!

Have you ever stopped to check them out? If you haven't and you are over at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, look for them there as well, they have their own flamboyance.

Ears a Fantasia Flamingo

We picked this very amusing, and amused looking, flamingo up at the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival in 2011.

He is from "Fantasia 2000," appearing in the "Carnival of the Animals" sequence.
