I fly to Orlando ...Yes, I too have serious TETSS. <br /><br />I fly to Orlando when I go to Disney World and my first flight out of Vancouver is usually at 6:30 a.m. This means getting up before 4 to get to the airport on time. When I go to bed, I worry that I won't hear the 2 alarms I set . . . A couple times now I have just stayed up all night reading.<br />I don't recommend this.<br /><br />I have been known to take one benedryl about 9 at night in the hopes of getting some sleep before travelling. <br /><br />Once I am there, it is all worth it, the excitement overcomes the lack of sleep quite quickly!Gaylinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13904849415778217430noreply@blogger.com
